The Tale of Despereaux

Promotional site for the Tale of Despereaux movie where users can create their own fully personalised 3D storybook. You can become the main character or make it about someone else and send the story to them. A really lovely idea and well executed. It looks like a pop up story book on screen.

Compare the Meerkat

A fabulous parody of comparethemarket.com, used to promote the moneysaving cost comparison website. You can even follow Aleksandr, the host meerkat on Twitter. A brilliantly humorous marketing campaign.

Pretty Loaded is an archive of preloaders that preload other preloaders. Created by Big Spaceship, it’s an inspiring collection of imaginative and creative preloaders, that I could sit and watch for hours!

Rockwin

Rockwin are a Danish design company. I love the designer’s subtle use of flash here and the blurred foliage. It’s a beautiful design, but just a shame that they haven’t populated their portfolio area of the site.
