Let me tell you a story, full of festive joy,
The SN Christmas party, was even fun for boys.
There was a food mountain and drinks galore,
which only served to fuel the quiz provoked team war.
This was not helped by Cederholm’s competitive streak
But she was remarkably scary and would not tolerate the weak.
One of our directors, best not to be named
moonwalked on the table of which there is no shame.
The quiz was quite successful, apart from the first round,
but how was I to know their general knowledge was not sound?
Bones in the human body?  Of course it’s 206
And the question what is a tittle?  I think you get the gist.
Of course there were games to follow of that you can be sure
But were spacehoppers a good idea when everyone ended up on the floor?
Skittles and Frisbee target practice went down a storm
and with Kaz doing the splits it’s a miracle nothing got torn.
By this time all were merry as prizes were won and enjoyed
But why did Anna love the Cliff Richard booby prize?!
Giant Jenga then became a feature, as did sports on the wii
and general tomfoolery took place around the tree.
Things began to degenerate when it got to quarter past two
But we all had to admit it had been an excellent do.
And so the laggards traipsed home sleepily in their sled,
leaving Dan and Nick to snuggle up in bed.
So now it is all over and we want to know what will happen next year
but for now we’re just full of festive fun and Christmas cheer.
